This Little Light

This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine. I lost a friend this week. Her light shone joy into everyone's life. It was so easy to make her laugh. She was a piano, vocal teacher, who gave up the regimen of her daily teaching job eight years ago, but you could find her at school almost everyday giving lessons. She never stopped giving and touching and enjoying the people around her. At her memorial today, the sanctuary was packed with the many students she touched over the years. A 100 voice choir sang their praises to God. I'm sure Carol was proud as she stood in the light of our Savior and showed him the work of her hands. This world will surely be a duller place without your light dear friend.
